~Art Club~ 

Welcome to our 3rd Year!

We have some very exciting things planned for this year in Art CLub.

If you have not become a member yet, don’t hesitate. We have even more events on our list than we did last year!  Big Shout Out to the Artists who helped during the Wolf Creek Event this summer. We raised money towards our scholarship goal and also purchased some specialty supplies to use in the classroom. 

We have several big events planned for this school year, so sign up today to join in on the fun!

The fee to becoming a member is $20 (Fees are due September 17th) if you don’t pay your dues you are not an active member. In order to attend the Art Club Field Trip you have to attend 80% of the meetings, attend/help at a minimum of 3 events, 1 game, assist during the Pioneer Art League Competition, and have your grades in good standing. Last year we went to Kansas City.

Membership fees covers your Club T-Shirt, field trip expenses, and allows us to do some fun projects, bring in guest Artists, and raise money for Art Scholarships!

This year our Scholarship goal is $800, which will be split between the top two BHS Senior Art Students! 

We’ve also been approached to help out our community with some major events in 2018-19, BES for special projects, OK Kids in September, the Taste of Fall Festival in October, and the Christmas Craft Festival in November! This year we are the hosting school for our Pioneer Art League so you will also be helping out during this event.
