This is the first year of M.O.M.
M.O.M came about from students being concerned about themselves, their friends and society as a whole and how people veiw mental health/wellness. Whith so many stressors out in the world, we ask what are some self-care things that people can do to help imrove their mental wellbeing.
We will meet during CAP about once a month and share self-care ideas, watch TED talks, and discuss current topic that suround mental health. We will also design and create projects that will be implemented in school that will help all students and staff in learning better self-car.
