I graduated from Northside Christian High School in 1987.
I graduated from Concordia University in Seward, NE in 1992.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education with a license to teach K - Grade 12.
I also have a minor in physical education.
I started teaching in Burlington in 2003. I am currently teaching Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2.
I began teaching in 1992 at Trinity Lutheran School in Roselle, IL. I taught 8th grade religion, middle school health and physical education, and coached girls’ basketball and track.
In 1995, I moved to Pine River, MN. I taught at Pine River-Backus High School. During my time in Pine River, I taught health, physical education, and math (7th grade, consumer math, algebra, algebra 2, trigonometry, pre-calculus).
I have been married to my husband Don for 23 years. We have four children. Two attend Burlington schools and two attend University of Kansas. I have one dog, a beagle named Lucky.
When I am not teaching I like to watch my children in all their activities and read.
